DMCA Copyright Policy

3. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our Designated Agent. To be effective, the counter-notice must include your signature, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by error. You must also consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in your district or the jurisdiction where the service provider is located.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

GizTimes maintains a strict policy regarding intellectual property. In appropriate circumstances, we will terminate the accounts or access of users, contributors, or commenters who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to limit access to our platform for any user who infringes the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether there is repeat infringement.
