Samsung is shaking hands with Google to include Google Photos into its TizenOS-powered TVs, finally bringing the Google photo feature to TVs by march  2026. This is big news, as no other company has thought about it, even after we have been using it on our phones for several years.

Your photo “Memories”- constellations of pictures organized by individuals  , places, and memorable moments will be showcased in your Samsung TVs. This feature  will be accessible to  Samsung TVs for the first six months and other devices will get it sooner.

In 2026, AI tools will be added to Samsung TVs to create fun templates and change the style of your photos and videos according to the user. In upcoming years, a search feature will be added which will make you able to search for photos by topics (like “ocean” or “weddings”) and watch them as slideshow.

Older Samsung TVs will get it through a software update, and new Samsung TVs coming out in 2026 will have this feature built in. Google never made an app for TVs  , which was a big missing point. Samsung is now fixing this problem of bigger screens by adding Google photos app to TVs

With Samsung’s new feature of Google Photos, viewing your photos and videos on big screens will be much easier and simpler. This will eliminate the complications of casting pictures from your phones to big screens
