ANUPPUR, India (GizTimes) —Apple Inc. has introduced a new service called Apple Business, which brings device management, communication tools, and business branding into one place. The service will be available from April 14, 2026, in more than 200 countries and regions.
This platform is made for all types of businesses, from small startups to large companies. Apple says it wants to make IT work easier by combining its earlier tools into one free service.
A main feature is device management. Companies can control and set up their devices using built-in tools. With a new feature called Blueprints, devices can come ready to use with apps and settings already installed. This saves time and effort.
Apple Business also includes email, calendar, and a company directory. Businesses can use their own domain name, which helps them look more professional and stay organized.
The platform also helps businesses manage how they appear on Apple services. They can control their details on Apple Maps, Mail, Wallet, and even during payments with Tap to Pay on iPhone.
There is also a new app for employees. Through this app, workers can install work apps, check company contacts, and ask for help if needed.
Apple said that users of its older business services will be moved to this new platform automatically. It also confirmed that the monthly fee for device management under its earlier service will be removed after launch.
Some features will need the latest software, such as iOS 26, iPadOS 26, or macOS 26.
People on X (Twitter) had mostly positive but mixed reactions to Apple Inc.’s new Apple Business platform.
One person was very excited and said they have been waiting for something like this for a long time, hoping companies will move away from Windows computers.
Another person said they hope the service comes to Germany soon, showing interest from other countries.
A third person liked the idea and said it could save money, but also mentioned that switching from their current service would take a lot of work.
The main service will be free, but companies can still pay for extra storage and AppleCare+ for Business if they want.
With Apple Business, the company is trying to make things simpler for businesses by putting everything they need in one place.
