    Xiaomi unveils a brand new Redmi Note 15 5G smartphone and the Redmi Pad 2 Pro 5G tablet, now available in India. If you are thinking of buying a mid-range phone, it can be an option that you check out, because the Redmi Note 15 5G will be starting at just  ₹22,999, and the Redmi Pad 2 Pro 5G starts at just ₹24,999.

    The Redmi Note 15 5G  will be available in two variants, of which one will be an 8GB/128GB variant at a price of just ₹22,999, and the other 8GB/256GB variant at a price point of ₹24,999. It comes with a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 Processor, with a battery of 5,520mAh that provides 45W of fast charging. It features a 108MP “MasterPixel” camera that will capture all your moments in high resolution. Regarding display, it has a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. And regarding durability, it has SGS-tested drop resistance, an IP66 rating, and MIL-STD-810H, which will provide better resistance against damage to your phone. It also has a “Hydro Touch 2.0” feature for better responsiveness when wet.

    The Redmi Pad 2 Pro 5G will be available in multiple configurations, ranging from ₹24,999 for the 8GB/128GB Wi-Fi model to ₹29,999 for the 8GB/256GB 5G model. It has a massive 12,000mAh battery that will facilitate long-lasting usage for you and a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset for enhanced performance. It offers a 12.1-inch 2.5K, 120Hz display and camera of 8MP Rear and 8MP Front. You will get up to 2T expandable storage. It also supports Redmi Smart Pen and external keyboard.

    Both the devices were launched during an event in India on January 6, 2026. The Redmi Note 15 5G will go on sales on January 9, followed by the Redmi Pad 2 Pro 5G on January 12 at platforms such as Flipkart and Amazon as well as on the official website of Xiaomi. Both come with HyperOS 2 based on Android 15 and offer 4 years of software updates.
